My second subject for this project was my friend Lizzie Diamond. For these photos I decided to take the more expected approach of literally taking photos of different angles of her. In some I played around with the focus and focused on different sections to try and get a different look on each photo. In editing I did a lot of edits changing color, learning really how to do editing but most of the final edits had a different look to them.

Project 1: 30 X 2
In project 1 my first subject was Cora Pigeon. For the majority of the photos, they were taken with her back turned. This was done on purpose as my take on the different angles was to instead put her in different scenes and places, to show an "angle" of her from one point of view. I chose to edit most of these photos by enhancing a certain color in the photo to make it a focal point in the image, or by using different black and white or colored affects to add a certain vibe that is intended for the photos. We chose to focus on the scenery around her to make the photo, such as in the picture with the gate has an eerie look to it, and is given that angle by the lack of contrast in the photo. In the photo with the yellow taxi, I utilized the rich color schemes in the photo to make it more dynamic. It was pretty difficult to narrow down the photos to my few favorites.

My Summer
This summer I was a counselor in training at a summer camp I have been going to for 4 years now. It's in the High Sierra Mountains in California. All the CIT's as a group got amazing opportunities to do things like go rafting on the American River and hike to the top of a waterfall. It was easily one of the best memories from this summer.
