Multiple Exposure
In this photo I split a photo of my friend Emily that had an interesting streak of shadow across her face and paired it with a photo I took of a shattered mirror I found while taking pictures with my friend by the waterfront. I like how the grass and dirt that was surrounding the mirror adds a gritty look to the photo and how the mirror makes it very dynamic.
For this photo I used one photo I took of my friend Evelyn at the waterfront at night when it was completely dark and the other I took during our class field trip in the morning at the exact same spot. I like how this photo shows the night and day difference and how the streak of land goes across Evelyn's eyes.
In this image I paired a picture I took while driving to school in thick fog that I edited to have a strong blue influence with a picture I took of Cora that same morning at the top of the Indigo where there was so much fog that the sky was solid white. I feel these pictures fit very well together because of how the different shades of fog mix together.
Panorama
I took these pictures in our school's courtyard and edited them to seem slightly warmer and brighter. I edited them in photoshop and formatted them to be a panorama. It was slightly difficult to do so because there were other images that were taken that weren't fitting the same way as the others in the panorama but eventually I found a way to make it work. I really like how the focus is only on the close range view.
HDR
This photo of my friend Maya was taken at the top of a parking garage and I really like the way that the HDR effect really brought out a shape in the clouds surrounding her and added a lot of depth to the colors. Usually I don't find HDR pictures of people to be very appealing but I find this one was very much enhanced by the use of HDR.
This photo I took of Alice I find is very interesting in how it all looks in motion but it still captures all pieces of the photo. The HDR brought so much to life in this picture and made it stand out a lot from others.
